  • RULES FOR ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWAL

    1) Admission forms are issued from the last week of November.
    2) Children who completed three, four and five years on or before 31st March of the year for which they are seeking admission will be considered for admission in Nursery, Jr .Kg and Sr .Kg classes respectively. Only those children who completed six years in March will be considered for admission to standard 1.
    3) Pupils applying for admission in classes other than Nursery are subjected to an entrance test.
    4) Candidates who have attended a recognized school shall not be admitted without the school leaving certificate from the school last attended. If they come from a school outside the state, the certificate has to be countersigned by the Inspectorate of the division in which the school is a subject to departmental sanction.
    5) Leaving certificate will not be issued without a written application from the parent. Prior notice for three calendar months is to be given to obtain the requested L.C. An L.C. can only be issued if all dues are cleared.
    6) The principal hold the right to suspend any pupil if his/her behaviour is found to be against the rules and regulations levied by the school.

  • PAYMENT OF FEES:

    1) School fees are the only source of income to meet the recurring expenses of the school. School holds the discretion of modifying the fee structure.
    2) Fee must be paid before the 10th of every month. We also accept fee in advance for a full term/year.
    3) The pupil may not be allowed to attend his/her classes until the dues are cleared.
    4) Pupil may be barred from appearing in the terminal or annual examination if the fee is uncleared.
    5) Pupil leaving the school in mid term will have to pay the fee till the month of May of the running academic year. No concession will be given in any circumstances.
    6) Pupil taking bonafied certificate will have to submit written application.

  • LEAVE AND ABSENCE

    1) Leave will not be granted except for serious reasons, provided a prior written application is produced by parents or guardians in the leave and absence record present ¡n the diary.
    2) If a child is absent for any medical reason for a prolong period it becomes mandatory for the parent / guardian to inform the school in writing. A medical certificate must be attached along with the letter.
    3) Unauthorized absence of a child for more than a month may render the child’s name to be struck off the rolls.
    4) Extension of a vacation is only permissible on duly certified grounds from the school.
    5) Medical appointments should be made only after school hours, apart from Emergency.
    6) Attendance on opening and closing days of the term is compulsory.
    7) Parents must state early the reason for the absence such as religious celebration, marriages etc. failure to do so invalidates the application.
    8) Those who return to school after absenting themselves without leave, shall not enter the class without the sanction of the Principal and without a note from the parent on the ‘Absence Record’ stating the exact reason for the absence. The school disclaims all responsibility on thorough failure to produce this and the student is obliged to return home during school hours.
    9) All leave must be applied far ahead in advance of time through a written application addressed to the class teachers. If prior application cannot be submitted owing to any emergency for availing leave on account of sickness, that must be done immediately the next day.
    10) No retest will be taken for a child who is absent for a class test, a term test or diniyat exams.
    11) Absence from school in order to study is not allowed.
    12) No one is allowed to leave the school premises during school hours without permission.
    13) Adjust your personal programmes without affecting the scheduled annual plan of the school.

  • TAHARAT AND CLEANLINESS

    1) Students are expected to be ¡n Vuzu and wear neat and tidy uniforms.
    2) Finger nails must be cut every Friday.
    3) Boys should have their hair cut short, no fashionable cuts are allowed.
    4) Personal cleanliness and hygiene is compulsory.

  • UNIFORM

    The students must attend the school in proper and clean uniform.
    1) The parents should follow the uniform approved by Idara, and adhere strictly to the pattern, design, colour, button, badge and specification and other details.
    2) Students are allowed to wear libas-ul-anwar on their birthdays.
    3) Maroon should be the colour of the sweater. Pullover for boys and front buttons for girls.
    4) Shoes should be according to the colour of their group.
    5) Sports uniform should be worn on every Wednesday and Saturday of the week.
    6) Fancy / Ornamental hairdos / clips are not allowed, school forbids girls to wear big earrings and use nail polish.
    7) Topi worn by the boys should be white with golden border and black edge.
    8) Only thermal wears in winter will not be allowed.

  • DISCIPLINE

    1) Every student must endeavors to maintain the high standard of the school in and out of the school premises.
    2) Students must maintain personal hygiene and wear neat uniform. Slovenly dressed students will be refused to enter the school.
    3) All pupils must arrive to the school before the schedule time. After two warnings the pupil arriving late will not be allowed to attend the class for the very same day.
    4) Pupil shall not be exempted from physical education or a prescribed activity without a medical certificate or request from the parents in writing.
    5) Pupils must avoid loud talk in and out of classes and also chorus answers. Silence in corridors, in the Library and Laboratories ¡s a must.
    6) Books and other belongings must bear the owner’s name and must be taken care of by the pupil. The school will not be responsible for loss of books, cash or any valuables.
    7) Damage done to any school property will be recovered from the responsible pupil. All kind of loss must be reported to the Principal.
    8) Students commuting by school transport must be well mannered and courteous. .
    9) No wrist watches are allowed.
    10) Students must wear their ID Card issued by the school everyday.
    11) Student must converse in English during school hours.
    12) The cost of repair, replacement caused by damage or loss of school property, will be charged to the offender.
    13) Chewing gum is not allowed in school at all.
    14) Keep to the left while using the staircase.

  • TEHFEEZ UI QURAN IL MAJEED

    Jamali English School is founded with the main aim of imparting Taalim of Al — Quran. To achieve this aim, all students are expected to do Tehfeez (memorization) of AI — Quran at their optimum level. Therefore assembly will be taken for the same.

  • Namaaz

    Students pray Zohar and Asar Imammat Namaaz ¡n the school. They are also asked to be regular ¡n their Fajr, Maghrib and Isha Namaaz.

  • Niyaaz

    To partake the barakaat of Faiz ul Mawaid ul Burhaniyah and to inculcate the Aadabut Ta’am, once a month Niyaaz thaals are served. Students are expected to intake these Niyaaz with utmost Adab and offer Shukr to Almighty allah and Aqa Moula TUS for this Nemat. They are also expected to gain Sawaab of ltaammt Ta’am by offering atleast I thaal hub of Rs.350/- yearly. Any parent to do full Niyaaz with Darees majiis can avail this opportunity with minimum Hub of Rs. 15,000/- and with prior Raza from Janab Amil sahib.

  • Lunch Break Rules


    1) All children must carry 2 napkins and a water bottle.
    2) Meals must be eaten in the class room sitting on the safras and not in the garden area.
    3) Eating on the stair cases and in the corridors 1s strictly prohibited.
    4) Litter must be put in to litter bings/dustbins & waste paper basket.
    5) Lunch brought by students should be healthy & nutritious. Junk food & packet foods are not allowed at all.
